Note:  grace by default installs into /usr/local/grace. Thus I recommend to
       link  xmgrace into a bin directory in your path. e.g.:

sudo ln -s /usr/local/grace/bin/xmgrace /usr/local/bin


To install:

Use the Terminal (/Applications/Utilities/Terminal)

$mv grace-5.1.22 /tmp

$cd /tmp/grace-5.1.22

$sudo make install 
Password:********
